Andy Nieto, CSP, CHST
Safety Professional

Mr. Nieto is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). In addition to currently serving as an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) manager, his work is performed in support of safety litigation matters pertaining to both the construction and general industry sectors. He has investigated, analyzed, and prepared professional opinions in over 300 safety matters, and has offered testimony at deposition and at trial over 65 times. Mr. Nieto has provided expert testimony in numerous legal jurisdictions. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and was a former U.S. Navy Chief Intelligence Specialist.
